Free Field Trips and Programs for low-income schools

Thanks to generous donors, schools serving low-income students are eligible for free Self-Guided Field Trips, Desert Discovery Outreach Programs, Live-Animal Theater Programs (Grades 1-12) or 'A Walk in the Desert' Classroom Program (Pre-K/K).

Eligibility:

Free Self-Guided Field Trips, Desert Discovery Outreach Programs, Live-Animal Theater Programs (Grades 1-12) or 'A Walk in the Desert' Classroom Program (Pre-K/K) are available to schools with greater than 51% of students eligible for free or reduced lunch.

Programs are free within 50 miles of the Desert Museum.

Funding is very limited. Free field trips, onsite and outreach programs will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your reservation as soon as possible.
