Native Americans

There are many different Native American tribes associated with the Sonoran Desert, each with their own culture, beliefs, and traditions. Some of those tribes are Pascua Yaqui (Yoeme), Seri, Tohono O'odham, Gila River Indian Community, and the Cocopah.

Hispanics

This term refers of any person who has at least one relative or ancestor from Spain or Spanish speaking Latin America. A large part of the Sonoran Desert is in Mexico so Hispanic culture has a strong influence in the region.
